We are a small start-up business.  As such we do not accept returns on the basis of a change of mind.

If a product is faulty we will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping costs.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and provide an image of the defect.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your provided details of the fault.
