DO THE CLICK POD PALETTES® COME COMPLETE WITH PODS?
Yes!! Whether you want the classic or the quad, each palette comes complete with the 10 pods and lids (6 Undivided and 4 Quads), ready for you to set up.
CAN I USE LIQUIDS IN THE PODS?
We designed the pods to be as flexible as you are (we recommend yoga for anyone feeling a bit stiff right now!), so they can hold anything; powder, cream or liquid* however would ONLY recommend that liquids are held temporarily* in a pod. We are currently working on a design that will allow liquids to be stored permanently without slight leakage (which occurs with the current design). Watch this space!
HOW DO I CLEAN THE Palettes and the PODS?
You know, the best thing about the pods is that apart from the palette itself and each pod lid, you wont have to clean the contents of everything in the palette unless you have exposed it to the environment and/or used the product. Love saving time? Tick!! Love saving product? Tick again!!
Otherwise, clean and disinfect as you would with any other product; soap, isopropyl alcohol 70%, disinfectant anti-bacterial spray, UV steriliser. Note that if you have the click pod palette, the pods and the click trays that they sit in (YES you can even remove those!) can even go in the dishwasher (just make sure that they are safely contained in the cutlery tray, and not going to move during the wash cycle). Just clean out most product first before you put them in. Note that any pods or quads with oil based products will not clean 100% so focus on using alcohol and small tipped cotton buds for those.

We are thrilled that you love them, and even more so that you want to add more to your collection.
We thought long and hard about this, and in order for us to deliver product with the least amount of environmental impact, including packaging, we decided to sell pods in packs of 6.

CAN I BUY A PALETTE WITH 5 CLASSIC PODS AND 5 QUAD PODS?
Setting up the palette how you like it is exactly what we wanted to see! For the moment the palettes are sold with 4 quads and 6 classic. You may see us do a limited edition sometime in the future so definately keep a look out, until then, you can mix and match by purchasing whichever pod you need to integrate into your system in packs of 6.
Can I melt my lipsticks in the pods using the microwave?
We can confirm that our product will be fine as long as it is done responsibly. We would however urge you to consider the impact this could potentially have on the quality of your product if exposed to too much heat, and respectfully cannot take responsibility for any issues as a result of this procedure. We recommend the not as visually perfect, 'smush it in' method instead.

I LOVE MY CLICK Pod PALETTE® BUT WAS WONDERING IF I CAN GET THE PODS IN DIFFERENT COLOURS?
For the moment we are working with the transparent system but if enough people would like to see us introduce colour into the system, we will look into it!
